How to find the perfect buffalo sponge and other buffalo candy recipes

I grew up with a soft-serve fountain drink called “the buffalo sponge,” which was the most popular thing to drink out of my childhood.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2.

Combine sweet potatoes and brown sugar in a large bowl.3.

Add the baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.4.
